We just celebrated our three year anniversary. We have an archive of over 20 brews that we will be photo documenting on here soon. Over 300 pictures of all grain brewing including some shots of the early months where we played around with some DME kits. Great homebrew has never tasted better!
Cheers! Welcome to DirtyTrail.com a site dedicated to home brewing, beer tasting, music and anything else we feel like sharing. We decided to put together a living archive of our brewing experiences and all the different beers we sample along the way. All to often we have an amazing beer and a few months later we forget some of the amazing qualities that had us raving. Perhaps it was an average beer that followed a worthless beer that was as foxy as a fermented shart. Perhaps it was an amazing beer that was overshadowed by some aggressive food. Or perhaps it was a late night beer after brewing two batches, multiple transfers and cleaning where we our memories fell victims to high octane Dirty Trail Ale. We will start the site by trying our best to remember the last amazing year and all the wins (and fails) that happened along the way.
